Timeline Creation
For the couple who does not have a coordinator/planner! Katelyn will help you have a seamless day by creating a professional timeline for you. Your timeline will have every detail from the start of hair and makeup to your grand exit. We will time out your day so all vendors, family and friends are all on the same page and you have one less thing to worry about!

What's Included​​

  • First initial one hour phone/video call

- Chat about all details, hours at venue, etc
- Hair and makeup services
- Travel time to and from locations
- Timing of all vendors/decor need to be done with setup
- We frame out your timeline and you send to all vendors 2 months prior

  • ​​​Second one hour phone/video call

- Gather any changes from your vendors
- Update timeline with final changes
- This timeline will be ready to send out week of the wedding to all vendors

Investment is $400

  • Extras

- Additional phone calls $150 per call
- Month to month checklist $100
- Vendor timeline, detailed arrival, delivery and strike timeline for all vendors. $200 (This is for the couple getting married at their home, friends home, or any property not listed as a licensed venue.)
