Each package includes: venue walk thru 3-weeks prior to wedding date, 1-hour rehearsal, set hours on wedding day, and full detailed timeline for you and all vendors to follow for a flawless event.
Full Wedding Planning
With this package you will receive all the help you need to make your wedding exactly how you dreamed it would be! We will communicate to all vendors on your behalf and manage all the details. It’s like having your own personal assistant! We will be there to make sure it’s the day you’ve been dreaming of!
Perfect Planning
With this package, it is similar to full planning but you would like to be more hands on. We will provide you with our A Team of vendors, and help you put all the pieces together! We are with you every step of the way, making sure it’s the day you’ve been dreaming of!
Month of Management
You’ve got all the pieces set, but you need someone else to pull them together to ensure for a flawless wedding day. This package will start 2 months prior to your wedding date, gathering all details you have set. We are here to take care of the technicalities and you just worry about looking fabulous!
Timeline Creation
For the couple who does not have a coordinator/planner! Katelyn will help you have a seamless day by creating a professional timeline for you. Your timeline will have every detail from the start of hair and makeup to your grand exit. We will time out your day so all vendors, family and friends are all on the same page and you have one less thing to worry about!
